I was digging through Amazon and Google and the Publishers’ Lists of the Big Six for upcoming best books and ran across these anticipated reads. I included great books from some smaller publishers.
So at Derek Murphy’s suggestion, and since these finds look too good to keep to myself, I thought I’d post them on The YA Shelf for you and other best book fans.
Many fantasy genres make up this Anticipated plus good reads lists, so scroll down and enjoy! Fairytale retellings, Dystopian, Historical, Epic, Quest Fantasy and more.
I favor epic and historical fantasy, fairytale/legend retellings and family-friendly adventures. With a little Scifi thrown in. I’ve included the links to the books’ Amazon author pages and a few other links.
I’m also of the opinion that you find the best treasures when you dig for your own. If you want to find your own jewels in deeper levels than the Publishers’ recommendations, (there’s no way they can list every great read), a start is my personal To Be Read (TBR) Top Picks post on my blog at www.azaleadabill.com. The most talked about books are not necessarily the highest quality reads – just the most visible. Go even deeper and find your own future adventures! (Though this list and my TBR list might keep you busy for a while. LOL)
Enjoy your new reads and best books 🙂
My apologies for the strange order of the covers below. I was learning how to get them aligned in my WordPress, then they changed again when I pasted to The Ya Shelf. Sometimes you have to let it go.
